Key Features

  • File Sorting: Automatically sorts photos into photos/ folder and videos into videos/ folder.
  • HEIC to JPG Conversion: Converts HEIC/HEIF files to JPG format while preserving EXIF metadata (if enabled).
  • AAE File Processing: Moves AAE editing files to AAE_edits/ folder.
  • Metadata Preservation: Preserves EXIF metadata when converting HEIC to JPG.
  • Camera vs Downloaded Videos: Distinguishes between camera videos (→ camera_videos/) and downloaded videos (→ downloaded_videos/) based on QuickTime metadata (Make: Apple, Model: iPhone).
  • Camera vs Downloaded Photos: Distinguishes between camera photos (→ camera_photos/) and downloaded photos (→ downloaded_photos/) based on EXIF metadata (Make: Apple, Model: iPhone). WebP and PNG files are automatically considered as downloaded.

How It Works

  1. Select the folder containing files from iPhone
  2. Check the desired processing options
  3. Click "Process Files"
  4. The application will:
    • Go through all files in the folder
    • Sort, convert, and move them according to settings
    • Display progress in the log panel
    • Show a summary upon completion

The application is designed for quick organization of large amounts of photos and videos from iPhone into a clear structure.

Installation & Usage

  1. Download the iPhone Export Organizer EXE file from the official link.
  2. Double-click the EXE to run — no installation needed!
  3. Select your folder and configure the processing options.
  4. Click "Process Files" and wait for the process to complete.
